The very best recommendation for any company comes from its roster of current clients; Mission Integrated Systems is no different, which is why we are so proud of the businesses we work with.
Below you will find a quick biog and some information about some of our biggest clients but for more please just give us a call on 0844 372 3041 and we will happily talk through them with you.

Busaba, the brainchild of Alan Yau, is Thai food at its best, served in a great atmosphere. There are 10 sites in all, 9 in London and 1 in Bicester. The restaurants are very busy for lunch and dinner seven days a week, but even if you have to wait a short while it’s always worth it. Busaba in Store Street also has some outside seating.
Mission was selected over an existing supplier and we have since installed systems to many of their restaurants.
Jasper Wight, former gastro pub operator, came up with the idea of a salad bar chain for business people on the go. His idea has proved a winner with several stores flourishing, including new sites in BoxPark and Paternoster Square.
Dim t / Wildwood
Dim t has been a hugely popular and successful restaurant for a long time. Originally based in Hampstead in North London, the brand has expanded throughout London and the South East including Highgate, Hampstead, West End, Gloucester Road, More London, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Winchester and Victoria and Milton Keynes. As some of the existing sites are rebranded as ‘Wildwood’ and new sites come on board, Mission continues to grow with the brand.
Faucet Inns are a young and dynamic company with a portfolio split between traditional English pubs and beautifully designed modern bars in London and the South East. They currently have more than two dozen sites and are actively seeking to increase this number.
Having used Mission in 6 of their existing sites, over the last few years Faucet Inns have now awarded Mission the contract to install their system throughout the chain.
As the only Kyoto style restaurant in the UK, Umu uses only the freshest ingredients sourced from Japan to create ‘Kaiseki’, the traditional Japanese ‘tasting’ menu, as well as a wide range of sushi and sashimi.
This haven of tranquillity in the heart of Mayfair has already been awarded its first Michelin star, and private dining is also available. Umu houses over 70 different premium sake labels, and boasts a wine list of over 300 bins.
Yauatcha is a Chinese restaurant in Broadwick Street, Soho, London, specializing in dim sum.
The restaurant was created in 2004 by Alan Yau, who previously created the Wagamama Japanese and Busaba Eathai Thai restaurant chains and the more expensive Hakkasan restaurant, also in London. Like Hakkasan, Yauatcha has gained a Michelin star rating, in 2005.
In April 2005, the British Restaurant magazine released its fourth annual global ranking of the 50 Best Restaurants and Yauatcha was rated 43rd in the list (with a total of ten London restaurants listed).
The Mission team is proud of every customer we have and we work incredibly hard to ensure that those relationships are maintained over the long term.
We are even prouder when some of those businesses take time out to give us feedback, and just a few of those notes have been posted below:
‘Having been in the trade for 22 years now and researched many EPOS systems, Mission is, without doubt, the most reliable and user-friendly I have come across. Moreover the team is the most proactive and supportive I have ever worked with. Nothing is too much trouble and the response time, if not immediate, is always within a really helpful time of the call.’
‘I wholly recommend Mission and have no intention of ever using anything else.’
Suzie Carruth – Head of Operations – Altitude
‘The ( Mission ) system is easy to use and has excellent reporting capabilities, which make the difficult job of managing your bottom line that much less painful,’
‘The support and training offered by PC-PoS and Mission has been invaluable.’
Sharon Wright, project manager for Jamie Oliver’s charity Fifteen Ventures.
