Mission Integrated Systems was born back in 2000 out of a belief that the hospitality industry’s EPOS solutions could be improved and be made more cost effective. It was a bold move but one that has paid off handsomely for our many clients, who now enjoy much greater control of their businesses.
Our unerring dedication to our original mission statement – ‘to create an affordable, powerful and easy to use POS system for the hospitality market’ – has seen us win contracts from some of the most respected names in the hospitality industry, many of which are mentioned on our ‘Customers Page’.
The real secret of course is not just that Mission offers unrivalled customer service but the fact that we build everything from scratch to suit the needs of each individual business we partner with. In many ways Mission’s strength is undoubtedly its people and the brains behind each piece of software they create. We are really fortunate to have such committed people working for us, striving to improve the product and respond to client requests each and every day.
The Mission team is proud of every customer we have and we work incredibly hard to ensure that those relationships are maintained over the long term.
We are clearly proud then when some of those businesses take time out to give us feedback and a few of those note have been posted below:
‘Having been in the trade for 22 years now and researched many EPOS systems, Mission is, without doubt, the most reliable and user-friendly I have come across. Moreover the team is the most proactive and supportive I have ever worked with. Nothing is too much trouble and the response time, if not immediate, is always within a really helpful time of the call.’
‘I wholly recommend Mission and have no intention of ever using anything else.’
Suzie Carruth – Head of Operations – Altitude
‘The ( Mission ) system is easy to use and has excellent reporting capabilities, which make the difficult job of managing your bottom line that much less painful,’
‘The support and training offered by PC-PoS and Mission has been invaluable.’
Sharon Wright, project manager for Jamie Oliver’s charity Fifteen Ventures.
